Who We Are & What We Do

I'm Kyrsten Parker and I started working for Arise in 2021 while pregnant with my third baby. We had freshly moved to the Appalachian mountains and I needed a new job, ideally one that would still be there post a maternity leave and work well with a busy newborn schedule. Originally I worked under two other IBOs (Independent Business Owner, the holder of the LLC you are contracted under) before starting my own LLC with my husband, Chayce, in  early 2025.

 I want to put Arise in the hands of more people. I know so many parents who need a job that is only between school lines or able to be scheduled around nap times and Arise is the perfect solution. Self scheduled in half hour increments you can plan around anything in your life and most families need just a little extra income. I service just a few hours a week between running around with my kids and taking care of our small hobby farm.
